Dave is an asshole

After reading an article on Consumerist about Starbucks BOGO holiday drink promo,

I say Dave is an asshole. It was pretty clear that the promo was for holiday drinks as stated in large wording at the top of the flyer. I guess Dave is just one of those peeps that is always searching for loopholes to absolutely everything so they can complain and get things for free or some type of momentary Internet fame.

Because of assholes like this we have warnings on bottles of Jack Daniels telling pregnant woman that it isn’t a good idea to drink a whole bottle in one sitting.
