I made the most delicious low carb crepes/pancakes today!
Just a couple pancakes were very filling, no butter was needed (but is always a good addition) and it can be topped with sugar-free syrup, sugar-free preserves, or anything you can imagine!
It’s super easy to make.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender, blend.
- Pour on stove, cook.
- Add toppings, drool.
- Dig in fork, eat.
