Day Two Hundred and Thirty Four


I was trying to come up with new and interesting ways to use the fruit from my yard when I came across some recipes for fruit liqueurs. I decided to try it out.

I found some jars at the thrift store and made up my first batch. This first batch is blackberry with lemon zest and mint. It won’t be ready for about three months, but I am excited to see how it turns out! As soon as the plums are a bit more ripe I plan to make some plum liqueur!
